1. Private Pay Options

 

We offer private pay services for families who want to begin care quickly without waiting for insurance approvals or program processing.

Private Pay Details

• Hourly care plans

• Weekly or monthly care packages

• Live-in care options (when available)

• No long-term contract required

Payment Methods Accepted

• Credit or debit card

• ACH bank transfer

• Zelle or electronic invoice payment

• Certified check or money order

Invoices are sent weekly or monthly, and payment is due before or at the start of services depending on the care plan.

 

 

2. Medicaid / State Programs(When Approved)

We are currently working toward or preparing for Medicaid and Illinois state program partnerships.

Examples may include:

• Illinois Home Services Program

• Managed Care Plans

• Long-Term Care Waiver Programs

If you think you may qualify, we can guide you through the application process and connect you with local resources.

 

 

3. Long-Term Care Insurance 

If you have long-term care insurance, we can help coordinate documentation.

Families may use:

• Reimbursement plans

• Direct billing (if allowed by provider)

We’ll provide care logs and invoices needed for your insurance claims.

 

 

4. Care Packages & Discounts

We offer care packages for families who need regular support.

Examples:

• 20-hour weekly package

• 40-hour weekly package

• Monthly care bundle

Benefits:

We also offer short-term recovery packages after hospital discharge.

 

 

5. Deposit & Billing Policy

To begin services, we require a deposit or first week’s payment depending on your care plan.

• Late payment grace period

• Payment plans for special situations

• Written service agreement before care begins
